This page has been created in order to share all of the wonderful work West has been doing not only to prepare for our NEASC Accreditation visit March 6-9, 2016, but to continue making improvements to our school to enhance learning and the student experience.
NEASC is the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and every 10 years we are evaluated based on a variety of factors. For the past year and a half, West faculty and staff have been doing committee work and have written a Self-Study report. This self study looks at all of our strengths and challenges and helps us identify what we do well, what we need to improve upon, and what best practices we can incorporate to best meet the needs of students. During this process we have also had the chance to create new programs, procedures, and address some of our challenges so that we are incorporating best practices as a school.
We ask that as a community member who is involved and invested in West, please take a look at the following links to the work we have created and provide us with feedback. The documents on this page outline our vision for a successful school and many of the ways we are living that vision. Your feedback is important to us, so the more responses we get, the better we can address our direction as a school. After reviewing the documents, please click here for a brief survey in order to provide feedback.
