Our Manufacturing Associates enjoy benefits from day one, including:

  • Medical, dental, vision care options

  • Generous time off

  • Opportunities to advance within the company, either within manufacturing or in other areas/locations

In addition, after one year of service, we offer tuition reimbursement up to $15,000 per year. For anyone looking to remain in the Merrimack area while they pursue their degree, this could be a great answer to the “how will I pay for college?” question.

No experience is necessary for these entry level roles. Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED (or be about to graduate in the next month), be at least 18 years of age, be able to communicate well in English, and be able to pass a drug test and background check. MSA Globe is a local manufacturing company, and the inventor of the fire suit. We have been in business since 1887, and locally manufacture our custom fire suits here in New Hampshire since the 1900’s. I am reaching out today to partner with you and your team, and ask for your support to connect with your students about opportunities locally here at MSA Globe.

Our company was very proud to have two TV segments made about who we are and what we do. We feel they speak volumes to who we are as a company, and about how what we do every day saves lives! Here are the links to the “How it is Made” TV segment - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOLC0QXzY4w - as well as our “Built in America” segment - https://youtu.be/ynRAWKuINFs. These videos are 6 minutes in length, and share our pride and workmanship that go into each hand made custom fire suit we produce.

We have pulled together some detailed information about our company, and would love to share those details with your upcoming graduating students and their families. For those students who are not sure what they want to do when they graduate, we may be a great option for them to consider. For students who are not sure what to go to college for, we could offer them employment in the meantime, as well as pay up to 100% of those college expenses when they do decide to attend. Once we identify students who are interested in learning more about us, we would love to invite them onsite for a tour of the facility so that we can answer any questions that they may have.

Here are the benefits and incentives we currently offer:

    • $16.00/hr entry level no experience necessary, although candidates that have any sewing or stitching experience could make more
