Aspen is a secure Student Information Management System. The Manchester School District uses Aspen to manage student information including grading, scheduling, attendance, special education and other data. Parents and guardians can register for an account to log into Aspen to view basic school-related information about their children. At the elementary school level, they have access to daily attendance and report card grade information. At the middle and high Schools they have access to daily attendance, schedules, classroom assignments, class attendance, and grades.

Request a Family Portal Account at Family Portal Application Online! If you are aware that the data we have on hand is correct for your child, you can use the Family Portal Online Application. Please note, if you are not listed as a contact currently, a current contact will be informed of this request. You may receive a phone call or email verifying your data. Your child has to be currently attending school to do this process online.

You can also create your own Family Portal Account, however, it will not attach to any students until we can verify your data.

If you are having issues with Aspen Family Portal for the MANCHESTER SCHOOL DISTRICT only, please send an email directly to aspensignon@mansd.org. Prior to contacting support please review the following common issues:

• Please make sure you have set up your security questions when prompted to do so at login. 

• Forgot your password? Click the I forgot my password link in the Aspen login box. A temporary password will be sent to the email address on file.

• If you creating your own login account, we still need to connect your to your students. Please use the portal application to connect the two.
